Luke LiCalzi P.E., P.C. began in 1970 as the successor firm to the NYC Architectural / Engineering firm of Victor Mayper established in the 1920’s. (while working as an associate at Victor Mayper’s firm, Luke LiCalzi worked on the structural design of such New York landmark’s as 666 Fifth Avenue and Tower East.) Luke LiCalzi P.E., P.C. continues to serve building owners, managers and construction lenders with design and construction consulting services through variations in markets and the economy by taking a flexible and adaptive approach to consulting and serving the changing needs of our clients.

The evolution of the firm has mirrored the changes in the commercial and residential development fields, and also reflected new areas of interest and expertise among the principals. The latter includes expansion into key areas for today’s clients such as full consultant and owner's representative services to Board of Directors and Managing Agents on all aspects of Cooperative / Condominium issues.

The firm’s key employees cumulatively represent more than 110 years of experience in engineering and architectural consulting in the New York Metropolitan area.
